Louis B. Eble, PLLC believes that both employees and employers deserve fair representation in employment-related matters. Although most employees are “at-will,” the multitude of employment statutes that govern the workplace puts any employer who arbitrarily discharges or treats its employees unfairly at risk of significant liability. Employers need competent counsel and sound policies in place that are compliant with federal, state and local laws to ensure fairness in the workplace and to insulate themselves, to the extent possible, against meritless lawsuits. Employees who have been wrongfully discharged, suffered discrimination, retaliation, harassment, or who have otherwise been treated unfairly in the workplace deserve representation by an advocate who will make every reasonable attempt to rectify the wrong and obtain a favorable outcome.
Lou Eble has a unique background for an employment lawyer that serves him well as a counselor/advocate. He is a Harvard Law School graduate with extensive law enforcement training and more than twenty years of experience in employment counseling and litigation representing both employers and employees. Lou brings a different perspective than a typical attorney when defending or prosecuting employment disputes, performing employment counseling and conducting workplace investigations.
